I really enjoy drinking tea. I like to think of it as one of my favourite past times. After a serious folly concerning tea making I decided to put together a manual.

You might think to youreslf that making tea is something that is to be taken lightly.

Sure, of course it is, if you know how to do it. How many times have you made yourself a crap cup of tea?

The following is a method of tea making, a method I have been brewing for many years and I'm sure will leave you thinking... 'thats a quality cup of tea'.

Its simple, straight forward, and now there is no excuse for a crap cuppa!
